Onboarding & Training
How You Go from Application to First Commission
1. Apply & Intro Call
Share your background and goals, and we’ll walk through expectations, territory, earning structure, and answer your questions about the role.
2. Onboarding & Access
Once accepted, you’ll complete onboarding paperwork, get plugged into Ammons Solar systems, and receive your Kulture University login and starter roadmap.
3. Training & Field Shadowing
You’ll complete core Kulture modules, join live coaching calls, and shadow experienced reps in the field so you can see the process in real time.
4. Start Producing & Scaling
With support from leadership, you’ll start running your own appointments, closing deals, and building a pipeline — with ongoing coaching to help you scale.
